Do you charge me by number of customers?
No, never. You pay for features and locations, never for how many people you reward. Penalising your growth goes against everything Recompi stands for.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan doesn't expire and doesn't ask for a card: create your card, add stamps and go up to 30 customers, with one location and one user. When your programme grows, upgrade to a paid plan to lift the limit and unlock more features.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. The prices shown exclude VAT; the applicable VAT (21% in Spain) is added on the invoice.
Can I change plan whenever I want?
Yes. Move up or down a plan at any time; the change is adjusted on your next invoice.
What do I get by paying yearly?
Two months free: you pay for ten months and use twelve. The discount is already applied when you switch to “Yearly”.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, with no lock-in and no penalties. Your programme stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
